The concept of people helping people to improve the environment and their standard of living is not a new one. Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Councils have been doing this since 1964.
RC&D works with local partners and volunteers to identify, fund and complete soil conservation projects of all types.
RC&D leads in the protection, conservation, use, and development of the water resources.
RC&D brings fresh ideas to the table which helps bring vibrancy to the community while protecting two natural resources we all depend on.
RC&D makes sure that worthy projects find the financial assets they need to be successful.
